Pastor Falola will also be in the “COSON in the Street” train on Tuesday, October 31 as some of the major streets in the Mainland of Lagos witness an unforgettable spectacle as a rainbow of Nigeria’s best-known music stars sweep the streets of the city, clean drainages, drive garbage trucks, control traffic and do various other under-esteemed work as they give meaning to the dignity of labour. The ‘COSON in the Streets’ train will move at 11.00 am with lots of music from the National Theatre, Iganmu through the National Stadium. The train will turn right at Ojuelegba into Yaba, then turn left on Murtala Muhammed Way into Commercial Avenue; turn left at Sabo into Herbert Macaulay Way all the way to Jibowu and into Ikorodu Road unto Maryland. At Maryland, the COSON in the Streets train will turn left into Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way and then right by Lagos Sheraton Hotel into Opebi Road through Allen Avenue. The train will then turn right at Obafemi Awolowo Way to the Ndubuisi Kanu Park at Alausa, opposite the Lagos State House of Assembly where there will be a major music throw-down. The throw-down begins at 4.00 pm and is open to the public for free.
Right from the airport, Pastor Dizzy K. Falola drove straight to the
magnificent new COSON house where he met with COSON Chairman, Chief Tony
Okoroji and General Manager, Mr. Chinedu Chukwuji. At COSON House,
Dizzy K. Falola expressed his joy at the marvelous structure
commissioned in May 2017. In his words, “Wow! COSON is making Nigerian
musicians proud” He has asked his many fans to storm Trinity House on
Sunday to be part of an unforgettable show.
